Coronavirus COVID-19 Information

To all our patients,

We wanted to let you know that during this unprecedented time we are trying our best to stay safe while also trying to provide care to all our patients.

We are open during this time with our normal business hours.

We are trying to play our part in reducing the spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19 therefore we have added the option of seeing patients via Televisits.  This will be in the form of a video or audio visit from your home directly with Dr. Rose. Please call the office for further information.  Charges for televisits are based on your health insurance plan.  Please contact your health insurance provider for further details.

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE AT OUR OFFICE

Every patient will be screened with our Coronavirus screening questions prior their appointment.  Please be ready to answer our call to go over these questions.  If you screen positive or there is a question of your possible exposure to the coronavirus, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Everyone that enters the building is encouraged to wear a mask.

We have special cleaning procedures in place to reduce risk of transmission.

We have a UVC and HEPA filter on all our ventilation to reduce possible coronavirus exposure.
